Support and guidance will be given by the range of appropriate adults. Participants will be encouraged to feel confident in approaching any suitable adults if they are experiencing difficulties. Workshop staff will liaise with guardians to ensure the welfare of each participant.
Any issues raised by staff will be logged with the nominated child protection officer of The Art Factory (Lynn McFarlane)

| Behaviour |
At The Art Factory we expect a certain standard of conduct from our staff to be demonstrated at all times towards all learners. Should, at any time, a student be concerned about the manner in which they have been approached they are encouraged to voice their concerns to a member of management, where complaints will be investigated and we will endeavour to settle the conflict. In return we would ask that all students demonstrate the same respect towards their peers and all classroom staff.
Should at any time a member of staff feel that a student is acting in a disrespectful manner towards any other members of the group or staff a warning will be given. If the disruption continues, however, they may be asked to leave. |
