Lynn has experience in art and design over the last 20 years, working in local colleges and delivering art forms to students in the adult education sector. Lynn's experience in teaching goes beyond the realms of working in a classroom, including mentoring, assessing and acting as a tutor governor representative. She works with people with learning difficulties and social exclusion. Lynn has worked in a variety of schools, both in the classroom and as a head of the curriculum and child protection on the governing body. In 2007 Lynn opened The Art Factory. Her aim was to bring like minded artists together to form a centre where people of all ages could experience a variety of art forms in a warm, safe environment, whilst incorporating global issues of recycling into their work.
